Senior Software Engineer

Job description
  • Develop and enhance software systems for financial/banking projects with strict multi-step processes (e.g., BRD, SIT, UAT, Go-live).
  • Work with various technologies: .NET, Java, SQL, JavaScript, or any stack required by the project.
  • Carefully review and analyze business and technical documents before implementation.
  • Actively communicate with BAs, SAs, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Involved in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams or follow specific waterfall processes depending on banking project requirements
Job requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, preferably in outsourcing or banking/finance domains.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading technical documents, writing emails, and attending meetings).
  • Strong experience in MS SQL, .NET framework, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, Webservice.
  • Open-minded and technologically flexible, willing to learn and adapt to new languages/libraries/frameworks when needed.
  • Strong ability to analyze documentation, research independently, and take initiative.
  • High sense of responsibility with a proactive attitude in asking questions and solving problems.
  • Capable of working in high-pressure environments and adapting to OT schedules.
  • Experience working in process-driven environments, particularly within banking projects is a strong plus.
